We would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year.
As we start the new year out, here is where we are at in the adoption process.
The home study paperwork has been turned in and we are waiting for a call to set up the first meeting. We have completed two of the risk training classes.
Please look for more posting as we progress further on the road to bring Sasha home.

congrats you guys!!!!!! this is so exciting! not just for you, of course, but how amazing for alex (or sasha?)!!! what a cool chance for you to bless a kid for the rest of his life and to give of yourselves. i admire you guys and am excited for all the good (learning, love, sacrifice, etc) that will come to your family though this experience. next time we're home (after you have alex) we should visit! my husband brian has been to russia a bunch of times and speaks some russian. it'd be fun for him to meet alex. i'll keep checking your blog to see how things are going!
